CONTRACT TERM

The contract term for the proposed service shall be 24 months with two (2) months free. Contract term shall be automatically renewed for the same contract term unless the subscriber sends a written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to expiration of the initial contract term, or renewed contract term, as the case may be.

 

PAYMENT & BILLING

Prior to the installation of service, the subscriber shall pay the installation and connection charges, which include the following:

1. One (1) month security deposit (based on the chosen Plan’s Monthly Charges)
2. One-time Charge (OTC) as Installation Fee (currently, the OTC is WAIVED)

The security deposit shall be returned after the service is terminated or, upon request, may be applied to the last month within a service term.

Ignite Telecoms shall provide an advance invoice at the start of each usage month and the subscriber agrees to promptly pay all charges, fees, costs, rentals or such sums due as reflected in the official bill of Ignite Telecoms no later than the indicated payment due date without need of any demand.

All payments of bills which are not overdue shall be made to Ignite Telecoms through its authorized collection agents and payment channel.

 

PRE-TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

Should the subscriber decide to cancel the service for convenience within the contract term, the subscriber shall settle to Ignite Telecoms the total Monthly Service Fee (MSF) for the remaining duration of the contract. (MSF x remaining months).

Should the subscriber decide to downgrade the service within the contract term, the subscriber shall settle to Ignite Telecoms. the difference of the total MSF for the remaining duration of the original contracted service minus the downgraded service MSF for the same number of months.

Should the subscriber decide to transfer the location within the contract term, the subscriber shall pay the installation fee for the new location. If the new location is not serviceable by Ignite Telecoms, the above pre-termination fees shall apply.

Should the subscriber cancel the order during the installation but before service acceptance, the subscriber shall reimburse Ignite Telecoms the actual charges incurred in the service installation. This shall not apply if the cancellation is due to Ignite Telecoms failure to provide the service as committed.
