Key Account Manager/ Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Achieving the revenue targets for residential business
- Proactively acquiring and maintaining new and existing clients in the assigned residential area / community.
- Maintaining and enhancing the relationship with assigned property developers and business partners.
- Developing a sales strategy to acquire clients within a given timeline.
- Coordinating client-related activities including leads generation, calling and scheduling, and col laborates with internal stakeholders and teams in the company activities in order to generate new clients.
Marketing Manager
Job Description:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid ac quisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Site Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
- Negotiation and acquisition of new buildings as part of expansion plans
- Able to articulate technical and commercial de tails of setting up a facility or a node inside a building or property.
- Able to maintain a healthy network of Property Managers or Building Administrators
- Ensures visibility and representation and active participation in Property Management industry as sociations and events.
- Able to assess and validate new and upcoming property builds, align with expansion team and management, and ensure our network presence in high-value buildings.
